Orders received at Surgitech International website are processed and, dispatched within 4 working days, once order is received, if it is available in stock. Otherwise, your ordering instruments will have to undergo production processes, which may be 1-4 weeks and the production time may vary as per instrument type and quantity.
It is very rare; we experienced package loss whilst it is in transit. Please wait for 10 days, from the dispatch date to arrive the parcel.
If this time pass away and no packed arrived, please call nearest concerned courier office with tracking number provided. In the unlikely event that the package is not being held, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist in sending a replacement.
